MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

 

A – WHAT IS COVERED

 

Azonprinter warrants to the original purchaser that the product enclosed with this Limited Warranty statement and used in the country of purchase will conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the printer installation date at customer place “as found on the installation report submitted to Azonprinter”. If no installation report is on file at Azonprinter, the warranty period begins based on the date product was shipped from Azonprinter. An extended warranty is available at additional cost. Onsite warranty service as required at the sole determination of Azonprinter is covered under this warranty for parts and labor only.

All Travel, Lodging and Per Diem expenses are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

 

B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Exclusive use of Azonprinter inks – You must use only Azonprinter ink throughout all warranty periods
Use of non-Azonprinter ink at any time during any warranty period disqualifies your product from receiving any warranty coverage.
You may be required to provide proof of purchase of Azonprinter ink in order to substantiate its continuous and exclusive use.
Repair and maintenance made necessary by the use of any ink that is not expressly certified and approved by Azonprinter Company is not covered by the Azonprinter Manufacturer Warranty or any Azonprinter Service Contract Third party components.
Warranty also do not cover any damage caused by the use of non-Azonprinter inks, third-party software, applications, parts, components or peripheral devices added to the product after its shipment from Azonprinter.

 

C – WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

 

This warranty covers only normal manufacturing environment use in the country of original purchase. Azonprinter is not responsible for warranty service should the Azonprinter label or logo or the rating label or serial number be removed or should  the  product fail to be properly  maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse , abuse , improper  installation, neglect, duty cycle abuse, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning, improper

electricalcurrent, softwareproblems,interactionwith non-AzonprinterproductsincludinginksnotapprovedbyAzonprinter, or service other than by an Authorized agent. Duty cycle abuse is defined as operation of this printer beyond its nominal

duty cycle; all repairs thereafter are to be billed on a time and materials basis. Please Note: All ink flow items including but not limited to print heads, capping stations, dampers etc. are a consumable wear item except in cases where there is mechanical or electrical failure upon initial installation. If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, the customer will be held responsible for costs incurred. Azonprinter shall not be held liable for the integrity and/or longevity of any text, photographic images, digitized images, holographic images, graphics, patterned overlays, bar codes, or combination thereof that are produced, generated, or otherwise transferred to printable media by the use of Azonprinter printers, SAI Flexi Sign ProTM and Cadlink Digital Factory software or supplies under this agreement. Unless stated herein, any statements or representations made by any other person or firms are void.

Neither Azonprinter nor its affiliates shall be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, including direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the printers, whether resulting from breach of warranty or any other legal theory even if Azonprinter has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

D – WHAT Azonprinter WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS

 

If you have any problems whatsoever, contact Azonprinter over the ticketing system immediately. Azonprinter will endeavor to fix the problem over the the ticketing system and if needed by shipping replacement parts.
If it is determined that an onsite service visit is required by Azonprinter, an authorized technician will be dispatched by Azonprinter. All Travel, Lodging and Per Diem expenses are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

 

E – WARRANTY CLAIM

 

To receive free warranty replacement parts, Azonprinter requires a completed warranty claim which must include the serial number and detailed information regarding the damaged part.
To order spare parts under warranty, this form must be filled in correctly. The defective part has to be returned to Azonprinter within 30 days otherwise, the cost for the parts and handling will be charged.

All materials must be returned to our address with the remark “IN TRANSIT” on each parcel.

 

F – ACTIVATE PRINTER / SOFTWARE LICENSE / TICKETING SYSTEM

 

Fill out this form, obtain signature and send the entire completed document to validation@azonindustrial.com to validate your warranty and receive software license and ticketing system login and password.
Without signed and sent document you will not be able to start installation and run printer.

G – PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy describes how Azonprinter d.o.o. collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use one of our products (Matrix series, Edge Series, Pronto Series and Razor Series) or when you visit or purchase

We use your data to provide and improve our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
